Initiating treatment with Percocet

Adults may start their treatment through Percocet 2.5 mg/325 mg tablets, with 1 – 2 tablets every 6 hours as needed to be prescribed for pain. The total daily amount of acetaminophen should not exceed 4 grams.

Use one tablet every 6 hours as needed for pain. The amount of Acetaminophen should not exceed 4 grams.
