Sadly, despite my 16 years of patronage, their service has undergone significant changes in recent years. You shouldn’t anticipate a shred of civility from them; they won’t even attempt to smile or say hello, let alone demonstrate empathy or offer assistance or answers when you need them, not even for over-the-counter things. I felt forced to write this review because I had several unpleasant encounters with them when in pain or distress and was quite dissatisfied with their service when I left (finding what I needed the same day in another drugstore). If you or a loved one is having major problems or is in need of assistance, I would advise everyone to stay away from this location. There are alternative pharmacies nearby.
